I made with Kviek Lutra yeast and made it as a pseudo lager. Came out amazing. *Very* lime heavy, which is what I wanted, but you can also reduce the lime additive to taste, as well!

Great Summer Lager

I’ve brewed about 50 gallons of Lime Tree Lager over this summer. It’s a refreshing, poolside crowd pleaser! I used Kviek yeast every time and have fermented between 73-95 degrees F. I recommend a cold crash before kegging/bottling for clarity.
