Maypole Maibock Lager Extract Beer Recipe Kit

Oh My! Maibock

I bought this kit with intentions of modifying it. Ended up adding 3/4lb of honey during fermentation and it turned out fantastic! Very smooth and malty sweet. Just enough hop bitterness to remind you it's a beer. I lagered for 1.5mo so it's only going to get better from here. Will definately order again!
