Making me look good!

Simple process and an excellent beer. I bottled some and kegged some. Great results each time.

Shipping notification too late

This time we received the package one day before we actually received the shipping notification. This resulted in the package also containing fresh yeast sitting in the sun at very high temperatures for several hours until we discovered the package. We placed the yeast in the refrigerator right away and hope the yeast is still viable.

Came out great

overal great flavour...it came out a little darker (amber) than what I expected. I used que bueno mexican lager yeast and fermented inside the keggerator for temperature control.
