One of my go to base malts for English Ale

I've been brewing English Ales for 30 years. I have moved across the country many times. I always try to find a local homebrew supplier. This is my general review of all the SoCal Brewing products. The hops and grains are extremely fresh. The hops are labeled and vacuum sealed in 1 oz foil packages. In the past I have purchased in bulk to save money. I have noticed an improvement in the quality of my beers specifically because of the freshness of the products I ordered from SoCal Brewing. Now I order exactly what the recipe calls for. The grains are perfectly milled. Maris Otter and Golden Promise are my base grains the they are of high quality. The speciality grains are of the same caliber. I have physically been to the store. They have a huge selection of ingredients. It's the way all supply stores should be organized and run. They seem to deal in a very large number of orders such that nothing they sell sits around for long. Great customer service. Answered all my questions. Top notch establishment and products. If I were to move again, I'd still buy all stuff from SolCal Brewing.
