Maypole Maibock Lager All Grain Beer Recipe Kit

…..do it again!

Second time brewing this recipe. First time was great beer. Since then I have refined my fermentation process so that I’m able to maintain +- 1.5 degrees F. Ready to bottle next week. I had better than expected efficiency on the mash for both batches. Be ready by 4th of July . Should be better than the last batch.
