It's ok

Would have been better off not spending $900+ on it and using a cheaper method such as band or a simple harness. That being said it is well made and does the trick. Should be at least half the price though.

The mobile app was kind of difficult I guess, maybe a little confusing. I have Set up now and I’m just looking for new stretches. Is there just a video with More technical stretches? Without more equipment?

Good Tool

So far I am really pleased. I even asked my chiropractor about using this and he agreed this was a good tool for strengthening the neck.
