I'm on my second bottle of Magnesium Oil spray mist

I'm on my second bottle of the Ylang-Ylang and Elderflower Magnesium Oil Mist. Finished the first one after using it just about every evening before bedtime, lasted about four to five months. A wonderful product! Helps me feel more restful and I get a deeper sleep, I believe. Also, combats restless legs which I've noticed that I can get when my body feels deficient in magnesium. The scent is very pleasant and not too strong, but just enough.

Smells wonderful and helps me get a more restful sleep

The magnesium spray does seem to help me sleep. I have a natural routine with tea, calcium supplements and other stuff. But since I have been using the spray I have been getting a more restful sleep. And it just smells wonderful.
