I ordered on the website. It was well laid out and easy to use. They messaged me and acknowledged the order. later in the day they messaged that my order shipped and I received it 2 days later. it was well packed. could ask for better.

excellent straps!

I got these replacement straps after my old ones started to show their age after 10 - 12 years (possibly even a bit more). These straps are great. They went right onto to rack. They are easy to get on and off but also still very secure. I haul 2 - 4 bikes on my rack many weekends, so I appreciate them feel sturdy.
