Repairing a damaged Hollywood Bike Rack

My hitch rack was damaged by another vehicle. The support tube was bent beyond repair. At first, I thought I would have to replace the entire bike rack. After discussing the situation with Hollywood Racks, they informed me that I only needed to replace the damaged parts. I followed their advice and ordered a couple of parts for my hitch rack, and the rack was good as new! I saved a significant amount of money by repairing, instead of replacing, the rack. Excellent customer service.
