I was on an RV trip across country 2000 miles from home in North Dakota. Had an issue with my rack that I had 2 E bikes on. Made a phone call to the customer service department and they overnighted the part I needed to make sure I was able to get back home. Can’t say enough about the service I received. I still have total faith in the bike rack and now with the company. Thank you.

Hollywood Racks customer service

I have the hollywood rack for for a while now, very good quality and well built carries our e bikes with ease, recently had an issue with the support arm, the company sent me a support arm right away at no cost to me, highly recommend this company and there racks.
