Cross Track 1
If you are looking for a no-nonsense, high-quality single-bike hitch rack, the Hollywood Racks Cross Track 1 absolutely delivers. The Highlights Bulletproof Build Quality: Right out of the box, you can tell this rack is built to last. It’s rugged, heavy-duty, and feels incredibly secure once mounted to the hitch. There is zero annoying wobble or rattle while driving. Effortless Loading: The platform design makes lifting and loading a single bike a breeze. You don’t have to struggle with awkward frame clamps or worry about scratching your bike's paint. The wheel trays hold the bike securely in place, and the ratcheting arm locks it down in seconds. Smart, Compact Design: Because it's a single-bike rack, it doesn't add a ton of unnecessary bulk to the back of your vehicle. It keeps a low profile, and when you don't have a bike loaded, it folds up neatly out of the way. Final Verdict Hollywood Racks nailed the balance of simplicity and security with the Cross Track 1. It’s perfect for solo riders who want a premium, dependable tray rack without the massive footprint of a multi-bike carrier. Highly recommended!

This is a really great quality rack for the money. Well built and easy to intall. The anti-vibration system in the hitch works perfectly but the rack tray still shakes due to the space in the main pivot bolt. I added two nylon washers to the bolt to remove the space and still make it easy to pivot the rack tray from vertical to horizontal. No more shaky bike and was a $2 fix to tighten the fit.

A Solid Bike Rack for the Price
I was originally leaning toward a popular platform rack from a well-regarded brand known for their rugged aluminum construction. Great rack, no doubt, but once I started tallying up everything I’d need for full compatibility with my Tesla Model Y Juniper, the costs added up quickly. A separately sold hitch extender to allow the rack to fold up completely, a side-entry “L” hitch lock to work around the trailer wiring plug, and a cable lock for the bike itself. I was approaching $600 before a single wheel touched the tray. The CrossTrack 1 changed the math entirely. Just over $400, no accessory shopping list, ready to go out of the box. More importantly: it delivers. The rack feels rock-solid, not “seems fine in the driveway” solid, but “just completed a 900-mile road trip without a second thought” solid. Not a rattle, not a wobble the entire way. If you’re on a Model Y Juniper or just don’t want to play the compatibility accessory game, the CrossTrack 1 is a genuinely excellent alternative. Highly recommended.
