Stays cool, good amount for heated classes or hiking. Wish there were a spout top option for quick sips

These are not for working out unless you are using them while you lift. Too huge and they spill all over. Best used to take in trips if needed but I still can’t really see how you’d need them..I have two now and have absolutely no use of them.

Large bottle

It keeps liquids cold and hot very well . If one is going traveling it’s going to keep liquid optimal. I with that it had a top that would allow a metal/plastic straw I order to drink while riding motorcycle.
