FlexSeries® Blade Refill for Women

I picked up my package and felt it was not delivered with care. One of my blades was completely destroyed. Felt like someone stepped on part of it. I contacted customer service and sent them a picture they responded a few hours later. Needless to say I am impressed. They are sending out a replacement.

I hate shaving but this makes the process easier

Yeah, I could just let my body hair grow out but that makes me itch, so it’s so awesome to find a product that does the job well, and gets it done quickly. I had an issue with my shaver and customer support was on top of it and resolved quickly (I do have an account for a new shaver head set up, so that helped). If you’re looking for a shaver, this is a good one.

Love it! I honestly didn’t think it would work as good as it does. I love the fact that I don’t have to be in the shower or sitting on my tub to shave my legs. ALSO!! I actually shaved under my arms without any soap or anything. I absolutely love my Freebird!
