My life is easier

I work a lot and my husband likes a cleaned shaved head. Well… he can keep on it now and not have to wait on me to have a day off to do it!! I also can keep my legs shaved in just minutes instead of running a bath and shaving with a regular razor! Thanks Freebird!

Great value, solid build, does a good job, but there's a little room for improvement

First off, my shaver has never given me any problems, at all. Rare for a mechanical device that is used so often. The shave is close, the battery lasts longer than you would think, and switching accessories is a breeze. Again, the quality of this device is fantastic and it gets the job done well! Glad I purchased the accessory pack with the clipper attachment, as the built-in clippers (which are convenient) are starting to slightly dull. Also glad I get the blades delivered every month so I don't have to think about it. Room for improvement: 1. The blade cartridges are just thrown away every month. This is not an issue exclusive to Freebird but I wish there was a way to recycle these things. 2. The travel case is pretty big and bulky and the compartment/pocket for the tiny accessories is big and loose so the accessories just fall out whenever the case is in transit. Would love to see a redesign to bring everything closer together, tighten up the accessory pocket, and overall make it small enough to fit in my travel bag. I'm not shipping this so I don't need so much foam in between the parts. 3. The "one-size-fits-all" blades work OK for the shape of my head but feel like they are designed for a larger circumference noggin'. This means only 2-3 of the 5 blades make contact with my scalp when I'm shaving the more round bits of my skull. Which means I have to rock the shaver around and "spin" it as I got. Love this shaver, for sure have gotten my money's worth. Will definitely buy again!

Better than expected.

I have been receiving a blade replacement that is scheduled every six weeks. That is the perfect amount of time needed before you need to replace the shaver head. I have tried after market replacements but they are not as sharp or last anywhere close to six weeks. Usually get dull and quite cutting after about four uses. I would recommend getting on a schedule for auto delivery. Well worth the money.
