I was excited to begin my hair journey; however all the products were manufactured on 05/23/2021 and will expire on 05/24/2024. I did reach out to Nae Nae's Naturals and was assured that the products were safe for at least 1 year after opening. I was reluctant, but decided to keep the products. Upon using it, I experienced a lot of shedding. The hair mask product had leaked inside the box and the bottle was discolored. The conditioner haf a gritty texture. Although this may be a great product; I will no longer use it. I will just accept this as a loss. I appreciate their customer service, but since I already suffer from hair loss, I am cautious of products so close to the expiration date. I would have appreciated a more current batch of products.
