Skin Envy Balm

I never bothered to "oil" my skin. Bad idea. SPF makeup is all . At 74, and and after I lost some weight, my neck looks sad. I got the oil for face areas and balm and use it on my neck, and it's much easier for me to look in the mirror. Arms get balm now too.
