Love this Knife

Waited seems like all year for the Santoku and finally got one. The weight and feel are very nice. At camp recently not knowing what it was another hunter used it in the kitchen and said “wow that is a sharp knife”.

Sharp definitely

Love the knife. My neighbor who has over $20k of your knives, let me use his Santoku knife and I was sold. My wife is the proud owner of one now. Not real happy with the part about made of both US and global materials. Make sure to have first aid kit available if you live in the sticks.

Super Smooth

I parted ways with my previous santoku and can already tell this is a huge improvement. Definitely has made food prep much easier and faster.
