Best Customer Service EVER
I bought this bag almost 2 years ago and have worn it every day since. I carry everything in this bag and don't leave the house without it. A few days ago, the zipper on the main compartment was struggling to open due to the mesh wearing down. I reached out to customer service and within 24 hours I had a response. They offered to replace the bag free of charge after 2 years of use. You don't get that kind of customer service, ever. I couldn't recommend the product enough, but also the company.

Almost perfect, needs to be 0.5" taller to fit sub compact pistols with optics. The Velcro magazine/pistol holder doesn't seem to be useful at all. XL version is pretty large, good if that's your thing.
