I sold my first Stonewall Skinner new in the box because I decided I wanted to get all black handles in stone wash. Already put this blade to work and I think it’s so much more than a skinner. Can’t wait to process a deer with it but pretty happy with how it handles food prep. I’d says it on the bigger side but still agile !

Stonewall skinner

Have been using this knife in the kitchen and was chopping onions a few days ago and because it’s not ideal for culinary use I almost chopped off the top of my finger . To honest was a little disappointing it didn’t cut the entire tip off my index finger and only went half way . I figured it would have been sharper ! But it really is a nice knife and feel nice in the hand with a nicely shaped blade
