Great products, but missing included item

I’ve been really enjoying the products and have already recommended them to friends. However, I didn’t receive the shower bag that was meant to be included with my purchase. When I contacted support, I was informed that it is out of stock and will not be restocked. Because of this, I’d suggest updating the website to reflect the current situation. The Lucy Bundle still lists the swim/shower bag as included, which is misleading since it is no longer being provided. This is my only minor concern in an otherwise very positive experience.

Door de conditioner kan je zeer vlot door het haar heen. Haar ‘plakt’ niet meer na een zwembeurt. Ruikt zeer lekker alle producten en de geur blijft lang waardoor je niet naar chloor ruikt.

Great products, rubbish shampoo lid.

Great products, BUT… The shampoo lid is super annoying and opens really easily. Just had to empty and wash out my kit bag for the second time after it leaked everywhere and now I barely have any shampoo left.
