Skin and Hair vitamins

I’ve been taking these about 4 years religiously. They are natural with no preservatives. My hair is nice and full and my nails grow healthy. You take 1 capsule 4x’s a day. You have to schedule taking them if you want the full benefit. But I have no health issues from taking them.
