More than $40+ worth of cinnamon chips (which actually is only 4 small bags!!) just arrived. Four bags of TOTAL LIQUID! It was 96° here today. You can say you’re not responsible for melted chips, but clearly it’s a problem which you take no responsibility for. When they’re just shipped in a cardboard box, of course they’re going to melt! Maybe you should look into different packaging if you’re going to continue to ship these in the summer!

When I received my order, half of the chips were melted. I immediately contacted the company including photos and never received a response. Very. Very disappointing.
