Haven’t baked bread in years. I only use mixes because they work out so much easier and in my case so much better. It is almost impossible to find mixes of any kind where we live so on line I went. You are the only site I found that sold at a fair price (about half what I can get them from Amazon!) So give you a try I did. Smart move on my part. Very pleased and will order more when we finish these. You are a rare breed in this day and age: superb product for a very fair price ! Thank you so much
