I baked these cookies for patients, friends, family and staff at a Hospice House. I bake them at the Hospice House and the cinnamon smell drifts through the house making a hard time for family and friends to resist. One comment I hear a lot is they say the cinnamon chips gives a burst of flavor when you bite into the cookies.

I received the above bag and tried the first half batch of the cookies. The instructions could have been written a little better and the included bags should have been labeled. I was a little disappointed in the taste of the cookie. It looked like it had plenty of cinnamon chips but the overall flavor of the cooked cookie could have tasted better.
