German Bauernbrot Sourdough Bread

We got this mix free with our order. Only one of the four of us is a big sourdough fan, but, hey, it was free. Instead of making one big loaf, I use two smaller bread pans. Everyone loved it! We all loved the taste, the texture and the easier ability to slice it. I encourage you to give it a try. It will be on our next order!

Love the simplicity of the mix. It makes a large 2 pound loaf. Fluffy and full of nutty oats with the great tang of sourdough. Plan to order it again.
