Witbier Extract Beer Recipe kit was tasty and well received

I needed to brew a beer that would mature very fast for a party, and I didn't have a lot of time. Most of my brewing is all grain, across all varieties of lagers and ales. This kit did the trick! Extract made for a fast brew day. A strong starter led to fast fermentation and force carbonating had the beer ready in 1.5 weeks total. That is about as quick as I've done. The recipe had orange peel and coriander seeds, which complemented the yeast and fermentation character for a nice Belgian style wit. Good recipe!
