Good beer , bad brewer

A good beer with nice color and head retention. Unfortunately, I forgot to order yeast so it sat in the fermenter an extra week. Still good taste.

La Petite Orange

Easy to brew. Did one week in primary, two in secondary. OG 1.058. FG 1.004. ABV 7.1% After two weeks of bottle conditioning, the flavor was good but carbonation seemed weak. Sampled again today 1/26 and results are much better. Seems floral on the nose with a kind of boozy first sip with a mello fruity finish. Nice rich,tight head.
