Who needs the fancy wet stuff when the dry yeast works so well?

I've brewed using the fanciest, expensive wet yeasts as well as using the simple economic dry yeast, and for the life of me I can't tell any difference in flavor or fermentation. It works exactly as desired, and makes great tasting beer-- better than any I've bought in bottles!
