I mix my Teeccino with a little decaf coffee. After a week, my digestion started to improve. I have 1-2 cups a day. In the evening, no coffee at all. I'd wanted to try chicory for a long time. I'm glad I got to try the Maya blend French roast and a mocha sample but my money is on the hazelnut.
