Great quality and easy to use

Great quality, I’ve used it to zest citrus as well as finely grate Parmesan and blocks of chocolate. A lot easier to use than some of the smaller microplanes I’ve used in the past.

Great tool

Firmly believe every cook should have one of these in their repertoire. This one also has a great grip which makes it super easy to handle. Love using it to grate a hard cheese like parmesan.
