Ceremonial matcha is very light green and potent. Tumeric is the same, personally i dont need much and enjoy it with the black ginger. A little goes a long way. Will order again

Matcha and Turmeric

I was watching Jay Shetty's youtube interview and Dr. Andrew Weil talked about matcha like i never drink any matcha in my life. I was never a fan of matcha but this is what he was basically saying in the show so i just wanted to give it a shot. Turns out he was totally right, this Matcha is like by far the best i have ever drink. I never knew it can have a great taste tbh. And about Turmeric one, i just love the benefits, it is not so tasty like Matcha but it is turmeric so, you gotta have it.
