The machine is very well built and looks beautiful, a bit of a centre piece in the kitchen. The espresso it makes is better than what I get in many restaurants with big commercial machines, after a little adjustment of the grind from a pump driven machine. The lever requires a good bit of force, so it might not be for everyone, but the machine is heavy and solid enough to take the forces without a wobble. I am happy about my new machine, it is a joy to work with. No issues dealing with Homecoffee machines, the machine was delivered a few days after purchase, and any question I had earlier were promptly answered.

I was trying to choose between two hi-end espresso machines. Ciaran provided me with honest and great advices. He also kindly allowed me to try and pull a shot on one of the machines. What a great customer service! You can easily buy a coffee machine on-line but you will not get this quality of customer service, after care and technical support and that what really makes a difference!
