New Generation Lethwei by Dave Leduc

This was my first time hearing of Lethwei. But after watching the video I definitely have to get foundations. The quality is excellent and Dave Leduc does a great job of explaining and demonstrating. Very easy to follow along. Would totally recommend to anyone trying to take a step up in their fight game.

Adaptable for the streets.

Haven't had time to finish but great combos , and use of techniques w/ the headbutts especially, easily adaptable for the streets.
