Beyond technique

I highly reccomend this series. Unlike some other videos I bought from DS, this series goes beyond just showing a bunch of techniques. It actually breaks things down conceptually. That's what I'm looking for ... I can just go to YouTube if I want only techniques.

It was awesome. Stephen was very detailed on technique. He gave a lot of drills to use that will help with overall mechanics. He actually showed detail that I’ve never heard of before and I pay a hundred dollar membership and have been going for two years now. Wish he could be my actual instructor to be honest! I enjoy the material and it’s worth getting. You win fights with basics.
