I highly recommend the video, especially for those who want to improve some basics. Nothing fancy, but clear instructions for angle work to box more variably.

I loved that it was focusing on ONE specific aspect of boxing instead of "fundamentals" which there are a TON of videos on. I am not downplaying the importance of fundamentals but it is a breath of fresh air to see a video that goes deep on ONE thing. Thank you

Great purchase

I’ve bought several instructional dvd’s on DS and this one is one of the best! Very detailed and focused on one specific aspect of the sweet science :punch: After some time of training you don’t need another „fundamentalna of…”, you need something more indepth. And this is the thing :+1: To get max of your new purchase you need to know the basics though. One minus is that somebody forgot about cutting out scenes that were doubled… And because of that it doesn’t look as good as it could. Still, the material itself is very informative and professional.
