Excellent video. I dont see myself competing in an MMA event, but Chael definitely gave me a blueprint to gauge my readiness/ success and many more tips for self defense in general.

nice set but too short

I like a lot what Chael is sharing. The info given is quite valuable. I just wonder why some DVD are so short , it could have been on 1-2 DVD maxi. Luckily I applied discount on Daily deal , but I think its quite pricy as normal price. I am bit disappointed that the total length of instruction is not shared beforehand . It would enforce the trust between the platform and the buyers. I recommend the buy in general but at discount price.
