I’m so glad I got this manual for my grappling arsenal! Very well explained and excellent contextual application for every throwing and counter techniques. Highly recommended for any grappler but specially for any judoka o BJJ practitioner transitioning to no gi throws and defense!

The video gave very good instruction and I found that Katelyn broke the moves down very well. I wound recommend it to anyone who is interested in counter throws!

The concepts are easy to understand and applicable. However, it's not for beginners, you would need to practice the techniques several times in order to be Affective in live session. I used her concepts in competition and got the takedown. It was easy and a surprise to my opponent. Highly recommend.
