I bought these knives for my husband for father's day because he's really into smoking meats and BBQ. These worked so well for trimming meat and prepping. He loves them

Love the quality of the knives. Nice and sharp and gorgeous. The custome engraving is pristine. Only thing I wish was a little bit different is the carry case. The knives fit pretty loose and slip out very easily. But it’s not a big enough deal to lose a star over.
