Works great!
This product works great post workout. The taste, for a recovery beverage, is pretty good and comparable with other products out there. I like that there are 20 grams of protein per serving.

Good product, meh taste
Great combo of protein and carbs. Mixes well in my blender bottle. As for taste, I prefer Skratch Recovery.
