The contour pillow is too high, for both myself and my husband. However, It's nice and cool, and well made.

It's a little inconsistent with the firmness but it's really good otherwise, if you're a side sleeper and you have broad shoulders, this also helps.

Major regret.
I never would have bought this if I knew I could return it. Pillow is stuff and uncomfortable and it's too high, my neck is cranked to the side. Lesson learned.
