Bear Foundation

A little noisy and some movement

First off it’s a great improvement over our super squeaky noisy foundation that this Bear foundation replaced. But after just a couple days, I was hearing some creaking noises in the slats when we get in and out of the bed, but it’s not terrible. I’m just worried that it may get worse overtime like our last foundation did. I also noticed movement when my husband gets out of bed, I sink down a little bit which did not happen with our old platform. He weighs 180 pounds so not really a huge man. But overall, as I said, I’m sleeping better because I’m not hearing all the creaks and groans that we had before.

The foundation is not great

The slats on the bed are very sharp and had splinters that snag our sheets. My husband made a frame around them and covered it with a smooth topping so it wouldn't ruin our sheets or our finger tips when we change the sheets.

Mattress Slips

I would give it 5 stars for durability and easy assembly but my mattress slips off a few inches every night just from getting in and out of bed or flipping from my back to my side In the mornings I have to push it mattress back even with the box spring
