This was my first time making wine so i have not used any type of bottle corker until now. I found adjusting the cork seating depth of this particular model a bit "clunky". It took several attempts by trial and error to get the seating depth set to my liking. But, once it was set it stayed locked in place and was able to cork all 48 bottles without issue. I found it works best by placing the bottles on a chair to make the operation lower than waist high then press both handles down hard in one motion to seat the cork.
