Great Clone All Grain Kit

I did add 4oz of Acid Malt to the mash and used US-05 yeast. Turned out great. I did use carbon filtered tap water and used suggested water salts from Grainfather. The final beer was slightly darker than software suggested but still well within style. Bought several to get free shipping as well... great deal.

One of the simplest and best

It's kind of criminal how easy this recipe is. I picked up 3 when on sale as I usually make it at least 3 times a year. However, I shared with homebrew buds where we did an experiment - all brewed same day on our own systems and brought to a club meeting just to see the differences. Was a fun thing to do; all folks enjoyed it.
