Making traditional champagne

I have decided to make champagne the traditional way, by 2nd fermentation, rummage riddling in my recently finished rack, and soon to finish disgorging system with neck freezing, and dosage. This champagne floor corker will finished the bottles with some class. A bottle capper could do the job most likely, but they too can leak under pressure. The champagne corker is definitely the way to go.

Bought this one for a friend, you have improved on it, they are very happy
