I love this, we tried a lot of different things but this is wonderful. Helps the kids come down a level when they’re hyped and it helps everyone be less on edge.

For my kids

I use this when my kids start getting overly emotional or losing their temper as they are approaching the teen years and hormones and emotions are running high! They ask for it themselves now at this point because they feel more in control of themselves when they have some.
