Works very fast

I love that this is a natural product. I use 2 pumps and within 20-30 minutes I am nodding off and asleep. Tastes really good to me so I don't mix in water. I do notice that the later I take it the better - it lasts about 6 hours for me.

I enjoy taking this while winding down for the night. I am not groggy after nor am I groggy in the morning!!

I’m so glad I found this. I bought it at Sprouts on sale and when I ran out and they didn’t carry it, I ordered direct. Great quality product. Helps you fall asleep and stay asleep. I take it every night. I love that it’s not habit forming. Will be keeping it in stock.
