We mix this with a little Tart Cherry juice and our two year old loves it. Bed time has gotten a bit easier.

It definitely works. We used it during a 6hr flight and our 5 yr old slept the whole flight. He didn’t wake up groggy or fussy. Seems like he had a good sleep and was ready and happy for the trip. Honestly only downside is the taste. Next time I think I should mix it with orange juice or Gatorade. We did it with water and my child did not like the taste.
