Bench bar
I accidentally bought this bar. Was looking to buy the deadlift bar but glad I did. The bar all around is better than my other power bar for benching. The stiffness and aggressive knurl add stability and control through the lift aiding the confidence in the press. Have debated squatting with it even to utilize the long sleeves for more weight.
