Great bar for CrossFit WODs
Got this bar on black Friday for 100 dollars off. I’ve used it for my CrossFit WODS and it performs outstanding. Not too aggressive kneeling and has good spin. Takes tension off the wrists and is decently quiet as well. Great purchase.

Love my bar!! So far i've done thrusters, squat cleans, powercleans and deadlifts. As a new bar, it definitely is very grippy
