A fantastic product either as a towel or cover for the dog when muddy. Great for holidays.

This is well made and the material is good quality. However for us it was too heavy for our dog with arthritis and wasn't suitable. I returned it and waited for my refund. When it didn't come after 10 working days I rang Anna to query this. She was very apologetic and rectified this immediately when she had discovered the warehouse had not checked it back into stock. Her customer service was outstanding and I would order again from her if there was anything I needed.

Unique to my dog, but she hated being confined and zipped in. We are working on this and she is improving. I’m sure it will be a success… we also just happened to buy it during the hottest, driest May..
